Michelle owned and operated her own home-based billing business, Shore Medical Billing, for 11 years. She is the author of Medical Billing 101 and Coding Basics: Understanding Medical Collections. Michelle has 20 years experience in the medical billing industry and has taught numerous courses and seminars at 3 colleges in the state of New Jersey. Deborah Eid, MHA, CPC

Debby is our instructor for the Understanding ICD-10 PCS course.  She has over 20 years in the healthcare industry and holds a master's degree in Healthcare Administration, as well as diplomas in Medical Assisting and Homeopathic Medicine.  In addition to being a certfied coder, Debby has also been a consultant for the world wide consulting firm, Gerson Lehrman Group. Currently, Debby serves as an instructor and department head of the Medical Billing and Coding program at Apollo College in Phoenix, Arizona.  Debby is currently working on the development of her new textbook, and is the author of Applying Coding Concepts.  You can email Debby at amloans@yahoo.com .

Jill Bright, CPMB

Jill is our instructor for the Physical Therapy Billing course.  She has 21 years experience in the medical billing, coding, and collections industry.  In addition to working as a medical biller, coder, and office manager for three practices, she owns and operates JB Billing Service with the help of her mother and two sons! Charlene is the vice-president of the PMBA and author of our DME Billing Guide. She has 14 years medical insurance billing & collections experience and is the owner of TriMed Billing Solutions. Veronica Robinson, CPC

Veronica is the instructor for our Facility Billing 101 course.  She has extensive experience in coding, billing and reimbursement and education/training in healthcare services.  She holds a BS in Healthcare Education and Promotion from Alcorn State   University .
